Absolutely. Revisions to your chosen design direction are included, allowing us to refine the cover together until it’s ready.
A completely new concept or major change in creative direction may require an additional fee.
No. We do not use generative AI to create our book covers. Every cover is professionally designed by a real designer using traditional design techniques and properly licensed resources.
Your first cover concept is usually delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on the package selected.
The overall completion time depends on the number of revisions requested and how quickly feedback is provided.
Yes. Every cover is created specifically for your book, based on your story, genre, target audience, and creative brief. We don’t use pre-made templates or recycle existing cover designs.
We’ll ask for your book title, author name, genre, synopsis or book description, and any ideas or references you’d like us to consider. If you’re not sure what you want your cover to look like, that’s absolutely fine — we’ll help develop the creative direction.
That’s not a problem. Tell us about your book, its genre, audience, characters, setting, and story, and we’ll develop a visual direction designed to attract the right readers.
You can also send examples of covers you like, but you don’t need to arrive with a finished idea
Yes. Standard licensed stock imagery required to create your cover is included in the package price.
If your project requires a specific premium image, illustration, or extended license outside our standard resources, we’ll always discuss any additional cost with you before purchasing it.
Once the project is completed and paid in full, you can use the final cover design commercially for your book and its promotion, subject to the licensing terms of any thirdparty resources used in the design.
Yes. We prepare professional book cover files for major self-publishing platforms, including Amazon KDP and IngramSpark.
Print covers are created according to the specifications required by your selected platform, format, trim size, page count, and paper type.
A 50% deposit is required to begin your project. The remaining 50% is due once the design has been approved and before the final high-resolution files are delivered.
Any add-ons selected when placing your order will be included in the order total and deposit.
For ebooks, you’ll receive a high-resolution cover file ready for digital publishing.
Print packages include a print-ready PDF prepared according to your selected publishing platform’s specifications. Additional formats and editable source files are included in selected packages or can be ordered separately.
